Great location, just a short bus ride away from the city center. Friendly and helpful staff who can speak English. Free parking available right in front of the hotel

Some rooms were not properly equipped. Lack of sound insulation, could hear noise from reception and other guests.

The hotel had excellent staff who were helpful and friendly. The location was great with good bus connections to the city center. The bathroom was excellent and the breakfast was basic but good.

Felt cosy, nothing too much trouble.

The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was enjoyable, daily room service with fresh towels, charming decor and elegant ambiance, beautifully appointed rooms.

There was nothing I didn't like.

My friends and I recently stayed at a hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood near the city center. We loved being away from the touristy areas and experiencing local life. The hotel was clean and the service was excellent. The breakfast spread was delicious, and we enjoyed sitting on the outside patio. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like family.

That the bathroom in our room was located outside in the hallway, which was a bit inconvenient.

Cleanliness was excellent. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful terrace. The location, although in a quiet neighborhood, was close enough to all the typical sights, with numerous bus stops nearby that will take you downtown or to a museum. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location was convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk away, offering frequent rides to the city center. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax, and the breakfast provided was more than adequate. We were impressed with the value for money and highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Florence.

Although we had a wonderful experience overall, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The lack of blinds in the bedroom made it difficult to block out the early morning sun.

Lovely decor, high quality finishing touches. Bathroom not attached to room but no problem. Very clean property, comfy bed, delicious breakfast. Will definitely return!

The breakfast at the hotel is delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from and a professional espresso machine that makes the perfect cup of coffee. The freshly-squeezed orange juice is a refreshing and tasty addition to the meal.

Although all was fine, it would have been perfect if there was room service available.
